EHG-6103 Electromagnetic Dynamic Fatigue Testing Machine

This system is mainly used for testing the dynamic and static mechanical properties of various materials, components, elastomers, shock absorbers, and structural parts. It can perform tensile, compression, bending, low-cycle and high-cycle fatigue, crack growth, and fracture mechanics tests under sine, triangular, square, trapezoidal, and combined waveforms. It can also be equipped with an environmental test chamber to conduct environmental simulation tests at different temperatures.

Performance Features

  • Testing Machine Mainframe:The columns, base, and crossbeam form a closed-frame structure with high frame rigidity, no backlash, and excellent stability. The outer surfaces of the columns are treated with hard chrome plating. The servo actuator (hydraulic cylinder) is mounted below and adopts a double-acting cylinder piston design, making specimen clamping and adjustment convenient and flexible.
  • Key Components:Internationally renowned brands are adopted, including MOOG servo valves from the United States, DOLI controllers from Germany, NACHI oil pumps from Japan, Transcell sensors from the United States, and MTS displacement sensors from the United States.
  • Hydraulic Servo Power Unit:It features leak-free silent technology, providing stable and smooth pressure output with no fluctuation, low noise, good heat dissipation, and high filtration accuracy. Automatic protection is provided for pressure overload and oil overtemperature.
  • Control Mode:Force, displacement, and deformation PID closed-loop control is adopted, with smooth and bumpless switching between any control modes.
  • Testing Software:The software operates on the Windows testing platform and works in coordination with the control system to perform various dynamic and static mechanical property tests, such as metal tensile, compression, bending, low-cycle fatigue, and metal fracture mechanics tests. It also independently handles test management, data storage, test report printing, and other functions.
  • Test Waveforms:Sine wave, triangular wave, square wave, random wave, swept-sine wave, combined waveforms, etc.
  • Protection Functions:Alarm and shutdown functions are provided for oil circuit blockage, overtemperature, low oil level, hydraulic system overload, motor overheating, preset fatigue cycle count reached, specimen fracture, and other abnormal conditions.
