APPLICATION AREA
The computer-controlled electronic torsion testing machine is mainly used for torsion testing of metal, non-metallic materials, high-strength bolts and other parts.
Enpuda microcomputer-controlled electronic torsion testing machine uses a cycloid pinwheel reducer, and the power transmission system is stable and reliable; it is equipped with a torque fine-tuning handwheel, which can adjust the initial torque to zero; the workbench can be moved freely, which can be applied to various Length of the specimen.
The transmission loading system is controlled by the Japanese Panasonic servo system, and the operating noise is less than 60dB; the torque measurement uses a high-precision torque sensor. Using high-precision torque sensor, ±350,000 yards resolution, torque measurement range up to 1-100%
The torsion testing machine software package is pre-installed under the Windows operating system, which can be tested according to various national standards or standards provided by users.
