Good News! The hydraulic jack-up system for the key offshore platform project has successfully passed acceptance.

—————————————————————————————————————————————

Recently, the hydraulic jack-up system for offshore platforms produced by our company successfully passed the acceptance inspection, and the “Zhanhai No. 1” platform was successfully launched into the sea, marking phased progress in the construction of the Liusha Bay Marine Ranch Project. After comprehensive inspection and verification, all technical indicators of the system are better than the design requirements, and the equipment performance exceeds the expected standards.

The hydraulic jack-up system for offshore platforms is high-end lifting equipment specially tailored for the marine environment. It can be applied to the fully automatic lifting needs of various types of marine engineering equipment, such as offshore platforms, wind power construction, and ships. The system uses hydraulically driven pins to precisely engage with the pile legs, achieving stepwise lifting and lowering, high-precision leveling, and stable positioning of the platform body. From shallow water to deep water, and from normal sea conditions to strong wind and wave environments, it can stably bear platform weights in the ten-thousand-ton class, ensuring that the working platform “stands stably, lifts accurately, and lowers safely.”

Technical Highlights
High load-bearing capacity and pressure resistance

Precise lifting & positioning, synchronization & control

Resistance to harsh sea conditions

Autonomous transit and positioning

High safety, proven through rigorous tests

Non-standard customization for flexible deployment

In deep-sea aquaculture applications, this system can keep the platform deck at the optimal operating height through precise lifting control, allowing the operation rhythm to be more autonomous and controllable. At the same time, once rigidly locked, the platform can effectively prevent direct wave impact on the main structure of the net cage, ensuring suitable water flow conditions inside the cage and improving aquaculture quality. In addition, compared with traditional pile-driving vessel operations, this system offers lower construction costs, combining both economic benefits and practical value.

Currently, Enpuda has already developed the design and manufacturing capability for electric self-elevating systems for offshore platforms. While retaining the core performance features of precise lifting, rigid locking, and safety assurance, the electric system adopts an electric drive solution and features more responsive operation, better energy efficiency, and more convenient maintenance, providing a wider range of power options for offshore platforms in different operating scenarios. From customized R&D solutions to automated lifting platforms, it opens up more possibilities for the green upgrading and intelligent development of marine development equipment.

The successful completion of this acceptance marks an important milestone for Enpuda in the field of marine engineering equipment.
